Personally I think the younger and more beautiful queen is Cersei herself; in her attempts to make the prophecy not come true, she has set it up to become true. Cersei has always been beautiful, but now she has no hair, has stretch marks on her stomach and her breasts are saggy, and she has also been gaining weight because of her bad eating and drinking habits (though some would say that it's pregnancy) and she's not particularily young anymore which means that Cersei is not beautiful, or at least as beautiful, as she used to be. Hence Cersei in the past, when she was a young and beautiful queen, who attempted to prevent the prophecy has unintentionally made the prophecy come true for her now while she's older and less beautiful.

Cersei, the way she is represented, has a narcistic personality disorder with a few other mental illnesses. She is incapable of love, empathy or of keeping even a low moral standard. In other words, she is an empty nut case.

I'm sure Cersei hopes: on the Iron Throne, of extreme old age. The Neck and The Fingers. holy shit man. The minutiae of this series is amazing. There are only 3 character who will kill Cersei Lannister. 1. Jaime Lannister 2. Daenerys Targaryen 3. Arya Stark Daenerys won't kill her she will let her rot instead killing her. Jaime would be the perfect guy to end Cersei's as the Mad Queen... However I think Arya Stark will be the one slit her throat. Not sure if Jaime and Arya have to fight each other to face Cersei... I'm sure Jaime will try to stop Arya and asking her that he should be the one finishing her...
